I am not one to write a review on a business, I personally know what it takes to own and operate a business. lots of challenges, however i feel the need to do so in this case. I took my pickup truck to get brakes serviced and was charged $1700.00. It is a truck that i drive randomly and not long after the service the brakes failed to work properly which became a safety hazard. I called Steve and explained what happened and he immediately got defensive. instead of listening he began to blame the age of the truck. He stated that in order to do what needed to be done that it would cost well over $3000.00. I ended up taking my truck to Auto repair pros in Lantana and they performed the work for $1200.00. Seems like Steve doesnt understand the connection between customer relations and good honest service. I am writing this to hopefully alert anyone who is planning on going there to think twice before they deal with someone who is quick to pass the blame onto the customer
Sorry you feel that way. We replaced brake calipers 8 months ago for issue with brakes locking up.. you returned vehicle 8 months later with a brake fluid leak and no pedal.. I informed you that a rusted brake line on your 25 years old truck broke and was leaking. You then began to say that truck was doing same thing when you picked it up 8 months ago.. I think not.. gave you an option of a 400$ repair to replace just the line that was leaking and still got attitude from you about the service 8 months ago.. glad it was repaired and you found a shop that can accommodate your needs. Been in business 35 years and have hundreds of reviews that prove that I’m honest fair and stand behind my work.
