I was misquoted very poorly. I brought my 2019 Nissan Sentra SR in because my air was blowing hot. I paid around $250 for a diagnosis and was told that it was my evaporator core and that it was going to be more that $3,000 to fix. I brought it to Nissan for a second opinion. Paid another $250 for another diagnosis and they said my evaporator is perfectly fine. Nothing is wrong with it. Just one of my Freon lines is leaking and it’ll be around $1,400 to fix. I am very happy that I don’t have to pay north of $3,000 but I am very upset that I got misquoted by over half the amount it actually was. Very disappointed that’s I paid around $250 for a diagnosis that was very wrong. I will not be going back here due to them diagnosing my car wrong, trying to charge me a lot more than what I needed to pay, and paid for a diagnosis that was far from wrong.
Performed an ac service and added dye to system.. liquid dye was detected coming from a/c drain(Evaporator Leaking) . 35 years in business recommend not jumping to conclusions on someone else’s opinion. Good luck!
