Atlantis Auto Repair

Very disgusted. Had an inner tie rod replaced and less than 6 months later the part was proven defective. Now they can't find my name in their system even though I have a receipt. Also I will have to pay for the labor to replace the defective part that was installed by them. Poor customer service and no satisfaction.

A friend recommended Steve and Atlantis Auto Repair when my car wouldn't turn over after work one day. I called Steve and he gave me an estimate, something the car place before him wasn't even willing to do.When the repair turned out to be something different than expected, he credited my card. I appreciated this kind of honesty. He was friendly and professional and very knowledgeable. He treated me with respect and didn't act like I was an idiot just because I'm female. The car was fixed quickly and I was very happy with the price. Thank you guys! I can't say enough good things about you!
