This was the first time I brought my car in. I have a good transmission shop that I’ll usually got but they didn’t have an opening and it was a minor job not a full transmission tear down. Steve communicated what he could do and when he could fit in the job. No upsell on snake oil or overpriced vaporware services. I’ll be bringing my cars here again for sure.

Great customer service! My car broke down so I had it towed to the shop. Stopped by the next morning and explained what happened - got my car back by noon. Everyone was very transparent with me when discussing prices and the work that needed to be done.
